Dr. Tom Nolan is a retired laboratory animal veterinarian having worked in the pharmaceutical industry and related areas for over 35 years. He became an amateur radio operator at the age of 15 and has participated in the hobby continuously over the years. He is currently the Montgomery County Emergency Coordinator for the Radio Amateur Radio Civil Emergency Service and is currently involved in developing a county wide MESH network system.
